Please note to obtain the discounted price each person must put down a $500 deposit onto their account. If there is no deposit the session is $125 per person.

Private Session Cancellation policy

At Kore we want to ensure that your time is respected as well as the time of the trainers.

Strict cancellation policy applies to all private sessions.

  1. All sessions must be paid for prior to attending.

We accept bank transfer, cash or there are options to pay through paypal.

2. Morning sessions must be cancelled by 8pm the night before

3. Afternoon & evening sessions must be cancelled upto six hours prior to the session

4. Failure to give timely notice of cancellation may result in the client being charged the standard ( non-discounted) rate of the sessions missed.

For Private Sessions that is $125

5. Classes cancelled due to an emergency will not be charged

Please note an emergency is defined as any event requiring EMS services (Police, Fire, Ambulance & Rescue) Please keep a copy of incident receipt!
